Submission Guidelines

• Single Most Important Qualifications of the Call for Content:
  • Retailers' names are provided.
  • AI is described.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are stated.
• Relevance:
  • Content must be relevant to the retail industry, focusing on AI technologies, innovations, and real-world applications.
  • Topics should align with the interests and needs of our members, offering actionable insights and practical takeaways.
• Quality:
  • Submissions should be well-researched, fact-checked, and provide a fresh perspective on the chosen topic.
  • Articles should be clear, concise, and professionally written, free of grammatical errors and typos.
• Originality:
  • We accept original content only. Submissions must not have been published elsewhere.
  • Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable and will result in immediate disqualification.
• Length:
  • Articles should be between 800 to 1,500 words.
  • Videos should be between 5 to 15 minutes.
• Format:
  • Written content should be submitted in a Word document.○Video content should be submitted in MP4 format.
• Supporting Materials:
  • Include relevant images, charts, and graphs to support your content. Ensure all visuals are high-resolution and appropriately credited.
• Author Information:
  • Provide a brief bio (50-100 words) and a high-resolution headshot.





Review and Selection Process

• Initial Review:
  • All submissions will be reviewed by our editorial team to ensure they meet our guidelines and standards.
• Content Quality:
  • We reserve the right to decline submissions that do not meet our quality standards or relevance criteria.
• Feedback:
  • If your submission is accepted, you may receive feedback and requests for revisions to align with our content strategy.
• Final Decision:
  • Our editorial team’s decision is final. We reserve the right to make the final decision on whether to publish the content.



The Retail AI Council will review existing content on a quarterly basis to ensure ongoing relevancy and accuracy. Content that no longer meets our standards or aligns with our members' needs may be updated or removed.
